VERNACULAR CONCEPT

Located in a remote paradise, Nissam Residence reflect the traditional, at the same time modern, design culture of Kerala. The exterior consists of a single storey plan, topped with traditional vernacular style slopped roof, that relate to the surrounding architectural design found in the region.
